I'm trying again and ... a beautifull white page !! And it's the same thing with another PC in another location !!

It's not a white page but "Servor error. The servor xxx can't be found ...". But the university address (http://www.appstate.edu/) is OK.

I tried with my firewall and anti-virus down : always KO !

The error was caused by a problem with the French translation files. Seems they were corrupted by Subversion. I have removed them from both phpWebSite and from our releases. They weren't really French. They were for testing purposes.
