  • New Feature Suggestion

    1. Boost. Have like with Linux OS where it goes to a server and can tell you what is the latest version instead of having to hunt through all the different locations for the latest release.

    2. Featured or todays calender Events on the front page. Have a short list of todays events on the home page.

    3. Dynamic menu listing. For example say an article is written assign it to a group or menu item and it automatically creates the link here and if the article is deleted its also removed. This might also be some thing you could apply to a topic say you have a index page of all the articles, documents, calender events etc that apply to that section of the site.

    This concept could also be used to generate a site map.

    4. Article Manager improvements. I find the article manger is some what restrictive in its layout. Its specifically designed for Articles but what if for example you have a number of support documents or manuals or other types of documents that you want to display the look and feel of the article module can be some what restrictive.

    5. User Import. Batch import users into the site. I am upgrading from a number of other sites into one site and have heaps of lists but all soft copying and importing them all from excel and csv files is annoying.

    6 Branch creator While I like the idea of branch creator I have a lot of information that applies to all branches so i dont want to duplicate them through out all the sections. A way to over come this would be great.

    I would really appreciate Article Manager 3.4 so I can see the updates that have been completed also any other updates that I maybe able to look at if that is possible.

      I liked the idea of your module and went and copied it to my server. It doesn't show in Boost.. Is you mod compatible with the latest version?

    No useability at all!!

    I am still trying to find a way around to use it the best way for my company img=./images/emoticons/icon_sad.gif a=sad]/img]

    Really sad, not manuals - the "manual" site is for top-experienced ..not really a manual img=./images/emoticons/icon_sad.gif a=sad]/img]

      First, thank you for your promptness in following up with your visitors and readers comments! That's really impressive!

      Well.. I am not talking about having an MS-like manuals for DOS and Windows...for every version..I agree that would be
      unrealistic.
      Instead, I'd like to see a tiny small few-pages of quick-help for newbies like me.

      I like the way you write your articles. It's for those audience I am talking about.

      Very technical info are there, yes. But general-public guides are really hard to find for this program.

      The look of its control panel is painful and clueless!
      Even tool-tips/ definitions/ ..etc. aren't there!

      You have to be one of the "Appalachian" tribe to understand where you are img=./images/emoticons/icon_smile.gif a=smile]/img]

      I hope developers community take care of this usability and easy-of-use component in the future.

    Hi, also wollte nur auf einen Fehler hinweisen,

    tail aus einer Liste, liefert nicht wie beschrieben das letzte Element sondern die Liste, ohne dem ersten Element.

    Bsp.: tail [1,2,3] = [2,3]
